Madagascar
is an island like no other. It lies off the African Coast in the Indian Ocean
and is also the fourth-largest island in the world, and is home to 5% of the world's plant and animal species, of which more than 80% are endemic to Madagascar.

Madagascar
has lived in isolation with its neighboring continents and whole Maldives,
Seychelles and Mauritius became famous for its beach Island experience,
Madagascar remained a territory less visited, till off course relatively
recently when travellers around the world began to discover its unique tropical
landscape.
Calling Madagascar an
island almost seems unfair. Deciduous forests, crystalline lakes, massive
caverns, and savanna grassland dot the broad western plains, and the southern
tip of the island is covered with a magnificent desert. This Eden-like garden
of riches is filled with so much diversity in life and in geography that it is
like no other island anywhere on Earth. It is no exaggeration to claim that
this micro-continent, as some have called it, offers limitless opportunities
for exploration.

Rainforests,
waterfalls and a rustic landscape and lack of many luxury centric stay options
give you feel of the throwback era and where you feel transported back in time.
Once you give Luxury a miss, then Madagascar is one place you'd rather be
someday to get a large tropical island experience.
Accessing
Madagascar, if you are not from Mauritius or South Africa could be a challenge
but once you arrive at either of these destination then there is flight
connectivity.
Weather,
location and the experience makes Madagascar a popular honeymoon
destination, however the purity of the experience makes sure that guests come
back again for more.
