- This is an experiential
itinerary with an idea to explore ethnic style living and cuisine experience
of the plantation and rainforest regions of Malabar Circuit (Coorg + North
Kerala). Coorg native population has carefully preserved its cuisine
traditions and recipes through generations and is a completely different
cuisine combining local produce / spices etc. Malabar cuisine in North
Kerala is a kind of cuisine that is completely different from Cuisine in
rest of Kerala or what is termed as "Kerala Cuisine".

Homestay is recommended here to capture the entire ethnic experience and while
being there one can as well explore the Coorg region (2500-3500 ft
asl, Known as Scotland of India for its weather
and countryside), and
Wayanad region (3500 ft asl), a nature / Plantations and rainforest
experience as well.
