Leh/09 – Overland Journey to Ladakh - 9 Days / 8 Nights - Manali / Pangong / Nubra / Alchi / Kargil / Srinagar. 

Day 01: Manali – Sarchu (222 Kms). Leave for Sarchu by early Morning, through Rohtang Pass (13050 ft), through Lahaul Valley Tandi (Where Chandra River Meets Bhaga River), Keylong, Jispa, Lunch Break at Darcha, Baralacha Pass (16020 ft) and Reach Sarchu (13953 ft) by Evening. Overnight Sarchu Tented Accommodation.

Day 02: Sarchu – Leh (255 Kms). Leave for Leh by early morning, through Nakeela & Lachangla Pass 16,617 ft, Reach Pang by afternoon lunch break at Pang, enroute More Plains (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms), Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft & reaching Upshi, from here the road follows the Indus River, passing villages with their terraced Fields and neat-whitewashed houses. On a way one notices the ruins Have an ancient fort or palace or the distant glimpse of gompa on a hill. And at last Leh is Reach by evening. Overnight Leh.

Day 03: Leh – Pangong Lake. After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake14, 500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. Third Highest Motorable road in the world, Overnight Stay at Tangstey Village.

Day 04: Pangong Lake – Leh. After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake, A Highest Salt Water Lake in the World, Shared by Two Countries India (25%) & China (75%), Enjoy the beauty of lake on Banks of the Lake while appreciating the Changing colours of fascinating high Altitude Lake. Enroute Hemis, Thikse Monastery & Shey Palace. Overnight Leh.

Day 05: Leh – Nubra Valley. After Breakfast leave by 9.00 am drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft) Reach Deskit by afternoon, Rest of the day Free for exploring Deskit & Hundur villages, Two Hump Camel Safari in Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Overnight Deskit / Hundur.

Day 06: Nubra Valley – Leh. After Breakfast leave by 10.00 am proceed for Deskit Monastery and Drive back to Leh by same Route by crossing Khardungla Pass and Visiting Shanti Stupa & Leh Fort. Overnight Leh.

Day 07: Leh to Alchi. After Breakfast drive to Alchi enroute visit Basgo Palace and Liker Monastery & Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Arrive Alchi by afternoon Check In to Hotel. Visit Alchi monastery. Overnight Alchi.

Day 08: Alchi – Lamayuru – Kargil. After Breakfast leave for Lamayuru (Oldest Monastery on Central Ladakh Region) enroute where you can view a spectacular view Mountain Ranges and Moon landscape & Giant Maitreya Buddha on a way to Kargil at Mulbekh. Reach Kargil by evening. Overnight Kargil. 

Day 09: Kargil – Drass – Sonamarg – Srinagar. After Breakfast leave early for Srinagar by crossing Drass (2nd Coldest Inhabitant Place on earth), Zojila Pass, Where you have an Spectacular view of Kargil War Famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing and Other Peaks) Sonamarg (Know as The Meadow of Gold), reach Srinagar by Evening. Journey Ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

Access - Kullu and Srinagar gets direct flights from Delhi. Srinagar even gets direct flights from Mumbai. For Manali overnight Volvo buses from Delhi and Chandigarh are available.
