Day 1 and Day 2- Arrive in Srinagar by Flight (From Delhi or Mumbai). Proceed
to Gulmarg (48 kms- 2 hours). Spend Two days marvelling at the snow peaks
around Gulmarg. Skiing is done at Gulmarg From Mid-Dec onwards till Mid-March.
Day 3 and Day 4 - From Gulmarg Proceed to Pahalgam (148 kms- 5 hours).
Enjoy the riverside location of Pahalgam and flowers and meadows during spring
and summer. For sightseeing within Pahalgam, there is Shikergah, Dubian and
Mamal
Temple
(dates
back to 14th century) all which can be travelled on foot or pony. Pahalgam also
has a 9 hole golf course.
Day 5 and Day 6 and Day 7 - Return
to Srinagar and relax 3 days in a Houseboat or a resort on Dal Lake. While at
Srinagar enjoy a shikara ride, visit local markets for shopping and visit Mughal
Gardens. Visit Sonamarg as a Full day visit from Srinagar.

- Each houseboat has an attached cook boat at the rear from
where the food is served to the visitor lodging in the boat.
- It is moored on the banks of the lake (Nagin or
Dal
Lake
) and remains floating
but stationary.
- The cooks are skilled in preparing Continental, Indian
and Kashmiri Dishes.
- The meals served during the day comprise of Bed-Tea, Breakfast,
Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner.
- The cook boat is moored a stem of the main boat which
also houses the servants.
- Boats are electrified, and the interior decoration has
something typical of what Kashmir has to offer.
