SPEED BOAT CRUISING
The Most Exhilarating Backwater experience may be the cruising in the Speed Boat for atleast one hour through the lake by cruising many places such as lake side Resorts in Kumarakom, R.block,C block, Alleppey backwaters, Muhamma , Mannancherry, Pathiramanal Island, Thanneermukkam Bridge, Kavanattinkara, Birds sanctuary, Fish sanctuary, Cannals, Paddy fields, Coconut Plantations,Kumarakom  Backwaters, Alleppey Backwaters etc.—Rs.1500 to Rs.3000

MOTOR BOAT CRUISING
a) Sunset cruising in a motor boat, from just in front of your cottage for 2 hours, covering the lake, Paddy Fields, the Village life and the interior canals of Kumarakom-Rs.900/-

b) Aymanam cruising (Country Boat with out board engine) for 2 hours from Kavanattinkara to see village life, paddy field, coconut plantations, beautiful site seeing etc.2 hours—Rs.900

FERRY BOAT & ALAPPUZHA

a) Cruising for 80 minutes in Govt.ferry boat, up and down, from Kumarakom to Muhamma, the place which is on the other side of the lake.

b) Walking to Kumarakom Boat Jetty—travel to Muhamma by Ferry Boat (40 minutes)—travel to Alappuzha by Bus or in an Auto—travel to Kottayam by again in a Govt Motor Boat from the Alappuzha Boat Jetty, (2hours and 30 minutes)  shopping at Kottayam and then back to Kumarakom in a Cab/Auto/passenger Bus, This will be very interesting and a rare experience of Backwater water
