Detailed Itinerary

Day-1 Arrive at Kathmandu Arrive at Kathmandu. Evening is free to explore Kathmandu

Day-2 Kathmandu Sightseeing and Drive to Nagarkot via Bhaktapur Temple Proceed for the full-day sightseeing to Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa, After refreshment continue sightseeing to Swoyambhunath Stupa and Patan Durbar Square. Drive to Nagarkot via Bhaktapur Temple and overnight at Nagarkot.

Day-3 Drive to Pokhara via Manakamana Drive for Pokhara (200 kms / 6 hours) observing the scenic views on the national highway along the Trishuli River. En-route visit Manakamana temple by cable car. Upon arrival at Pokhara, evening walk around the tourist area of Lake Side and enjoy the view of western Himalayan ranges with Mt Fishtail.

Day-4 Pokhara Sightseeing Witness sunrise and Himalayan view from hotel rooftop. Leave for sightseeing of Pokhara valley later covering Davi's Fall, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Seti gorge & Fewa Lake with1 hour boat ride on Lake Fewa. Further explore Pokhara in the evening or just enjoy the lakeside character

Day-5 Drive to Chitwan. Jungle Activities / Safari in afternoon Drive to Chitwan National Park. (151 kms / 5 hours). After Lunch and proceed for jungle activities / safari

Day-6 Chitwan Elephant Safaris, walks, Canoe ride and Tharu Tribal Dance  Early morning Nature walk and Bird watching tour. Safari after breakfast on Elephant back. Guests may sight Deer, Rhinoceros, Wild boar, Leopard, Birds etc. After elephant back safari tour proceed for Dugout Canoe Ride along with Dungre / Rapti River to see 2 types of rare species of crocodile; the marsh mugger and the fish eating Gharial are found. Visit elephant breeding farm & drive back to the lodge. Late afternoon Village walk can be organized nearby Tharu village. Walk / drive back to the lodge/resort. Evening enjoy “Tharu Tribal Dance” presented by the local Tharu villagers.

Day-7 Return to Kathmandu Drive back to Kathmandu. Rest of the day is free to explore

Kathmandu :

  • Pashupatimath Temple - Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu is one of the most significant Hindu temples of Shiva in the world. The temple is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. The temple is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams (Holy Abodes of Shiva).

  • Swayambhunath - Swayambhunath, is among the oldest religious sites in Nepal. The place is revered by both Buddhists and Hindus. The stupa here was renovated in 2010 and now a major tourist attraction.

  • Patan Darbar Square - Patan Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. One of its attraction is The Ancient Royal Palace.

  • Boudhanath Stupa - The Buddhist Stupa in Kathmandu is one of the largest in the world and the most significant Buddhist heritage monument in Kathmandu. There are about 50 Tibetan Gompas (Monasteries) around Boudhanath. Boudhanath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Bhaktapur Durbar Square - Bhaktapur Durbar Square is one of three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu and a UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a popular tourist attraction. The Golden gate is an example of the metal work of Medieval Nepal. Bhaktapur, in fact is the best site of the valley to visit. 55 Window Palace is a major attraction here.

  • Manakamana Temple - Manakamana is a Devi temple and a renowned Hindu Pilgrimage centre and a mid-way point enroute from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Cable car is installed now for the Darshan.

  • Davis Falls - Davis Fall (or Devi's Fall) is a waterfall at the end of Fehwa lake in Pokhara. Interesting aspect of the waterfall is that it comes out of a tunnel.

  • Seti George - Seti George is a narrow river that before entering Pokhara disappears as it does into a tunnel. This is the interesting feature that attracts visitors.

  • Manakamana Temple - Manakamana is a Devi temple and a renowned Hindu Pilgrimage centre and a mid-way point enroute from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Cable car is installed now for the Darshan.

Chitwan - Chitwan is the Tiger Country where rare population of Royal Bengal Tiger can be sighted. However its a park that can be visited for the sheer park experience on part with Corbett, Kanha and Nagarhole in neighboring India.
