Day-1 Arrival at Nagpur. Travel to Pench. Evening Safari. Arrive at Nagpur. Travel to Pench (90 kms, 1.5 hour). Pench is a National park that lies on the Maharashtra - MP border and is renowned for its Tiger Population. Migratory birds are good in Winter (Oct - March) and other prominent population comprises Gaur (Indian Bison), Spotted Deer, Leopards etc. Evening Safari in Pench.
Day-2 Morning and Evening Safari. Morning and Evening Jeep Safari in Pench National Park. Elephant back Tiger Tracking (Tiger Show) can be availed if organised on the day of the travel.
Day-3 Proceed to Kanha. Evening Safari. Proceed to Kanha (175 kms - 4 hours). Kanha is one of the best wildlife experiences in India and renowned for its Tigers and Barasingha Population. The park offers rich diversity of flora and fauna and renowned for its Migratory Bird watching in Winter (Oct - March).Evening Safari in Kanha (Mukki or Kisli Range depends on stay selection).
Day-4 Morning and Evening Safari. Morning and Evening Jeep Safari in Kanha National Park (Mukki or Kisli Range depends on stay selection). Elephant back Tiger Tracking (Tiger Show) can be availed if organised on the day of the travel.
Day-5 Morning Safari Kanha. Proceed to Jabalpur via Marble Rocks Morning Safari in Kanha. Proceed to Jabalpur (165 kms - 4 hrs). Before arriving at Jabalpur make a visit to Marble Rocks. Marble Rocks is an area near Jabalpur (25 kms) along a river having soft marble on both sides creating a beautiful gorge of about 3 km in length. Boating is offered in the river for guests to experience the Marble Rocks. Dhuandhar Waterfalls is also worth a visit alongwith the temple on the hilltop (reachable via Cable car ride). Reach Jabalpur by Evening. Jabalpur is a transit point for travellers getting in and out of Wildlife areas of Kanha (165 kms) and Bandhavgarh (200 kms).
Day-6 Departure Depart for onward journey.
Nagpur - Nagpur is a major city in eastern part of Maharashtra and an access point to visit Tiger Sanctuaries of Tadoba (200 kms), Nagzira (70 kms), Pench (90 kms) and Kanha (250 kms).
Pench - Pench (90 kms from Nagpur) is a wildlife destination known for its Tiger population and over 280 varieties of birds.
Kanha - Kanha is renowned as one of the best Parks in India (Alongwith Corbett, Kaziranga and Nagarhole). Kanha offers a good wildlife experience and that includes the elusive Tiger (only 2000 of them remain in the wild). Besides tigers, Kanha also has rare Barasinghas (Type of Stag) and more than 300 bird species.
Jabalpur - Jabalpur is a transit point for accessing wildlife destinations of Kanha (165 km) and Bandhavgarh (210 km).
