Hari Niwas Palace is a heritage hotel near Jammu that overlooks the Tawi river valley on one side and Trikuta hills of the Vaishno Devi shrine on the other. 

The Hari Niwas Palace is an art-deco structure. Hari Niwas Palace was converted into a heritage hotel in the year 1990. Within the 50 acre palace complex exists the magnificent Amar Mahal Palace Museum which was conceived by Maharaja Amar Singh.

Jammu is a city famous for its temples and shrines, Jammu is a base for those heading for Kashmir and Vaishno Devi Temple (50 kms) and Patnitop (120 kms). Its palaces, forts, forests and powerful Ziarats (shrines) make it a holy city. If Bahu Mata is the presiding deity of Jammu, the Dargah of Peer Budhan Ali Shah is the other shrine that protects Jammuites. The other major tourist attraction is the Raghunath Temple.

Surinsar Lake : This is a picturesque spot with a lake surrounded by wooded hills, situated 42 Kms away from Jammu.

Shiv Khori : This holy cave is nearly a kilometre long and houses a 4 ft high, naturally formed ‘Shivling’.
