HANS offers 3
types of accommodation, namely FARM HOUSE--REVIVAL; FREE
SPIRIT CABINS & LAKE VIEW CARAVANS .
The HANS farmhouse THE REVIVAL, it is a 1500 sq
ft house, located on a raised ground with a commanding view of
the surrounding area. It has two bedrooms (with attached
toilet) a spacious drawing room and a huge verandah, a large
terrace on the first floor. It can accommodate upto 20
persons. HANS provides all the necessary amenities to ensure a
relaxed stay.
Right amidst
the mango plantation are 9 Cabins. These are well equipped wit
cots, camp cots, mattresses, bed sheets, blankets, pillows,
ceiling fan &light. a beautiful sit-out has also been
provided with each cabin. The bath room & toilet is also
adjacent.
The
Tranquility Base (TB) property is located adjacent to the
SUTARWADI LAKE ( 2 kms from HANS main property),and is
surrounded by water on 3 sides with a magnificient view of the
SAHYADRIS.
The environment is TRANQUIL & one can sense the CALL OF
MOTHER NATURE. The site has been developed keeping in mind
those persons who are in TUNE WITH MOTHER NATURE.
From TB, one can observe the magnificient SUNRISE/SUNSET;
MOONRISE/SETS. Watch the MILKY WAY & guage the expanse of
the UNIVERSE. On this site, Hans have 2 PINE WOOD CARAVANS,
each with 8 bunk beds, built in toilet & shower. Restrict
Ur bag /haversack to 2.5'x1.5'x8"; this can be stowed in
the bunk bed.A shoe-rack is positioned outside for Ur
shoes/sandals. Each CARAVAN has a SIT-OUT OVER LOOKING THE
LAKE as well as a CAMP FIRE PIT. DINNER will be available at
this site, all other meals will be at HANS main site.
A
5 HP electric pump supplies water from natural source, a
kerosene run pump acts as a stand by in case of emergencies.
Normal MSEB power supply is available and a standby power
source is available in the form of a 10 KVA (3 phase) & 5
KVA generators. A telephone connection for receiving calls is
also provided by HANS. STD facility is available at sutarwadi,
about a Km away from HANS.
Food is
Neetu's speciality, offers
a variety of cuisines that range from Maharashtrian to
Punjabi. Menu is drawn up by Neetu and personally supervised
cooking ensures that meals are nutritious and tasty.

- Packing list to include t-shirts, jeans, Bermudas, good walking shoes, caps, swimming costume, camera (with adequate film roll), bathing soap and torch.
