Guardian is a Houseboat company in Alleppey region of Kerala. Guardian Houseboats and caters to Indians as well as overseas guests.

Guardian offers Kettuvallam houseboats that have modern luxuries such as Bedrooms with Attached bath, Sitout with large area and a team that gives an authentic kerala experience.  

Houseboat Basics

• Houseboat Rooms are not made to accommodate any extra bed comfortably. However it still can be arranged.

• Check in Time : 12 noon and Checkout 10 AM

• All houseboats are for Exclusive usage and not shared

• All houseboats are accompanied by navigator and cook.

• Stay starts with Lunch and ends with Breakfast

• Houseboats are stationary from 6 PM (Evening) till 8 AM (Morning) when they are parked in the middle of the lake vembanad.

• Houseboats can give pickup from and drop to backwater resorts in Alleppey and Kumarakom (Prior information required). Check in and checkout times will vary accordingly (for Kumarakom Drops, Checkin is 1 hour later (13:00 hours) and check out is 1 hour earlier (09:00 hours))

• For AC Houseboats, AC is operational only when the boat is stationary (Typically from 9 PM to 6 AM).

• While the cruise is on the houseboat covers, backwater canals, lake vembanad and guests have option to stop over at some sightseeing points such as a bird sanctuary, Village, Backwater Island, etc.

Access: Alleppey is 75 kms from Kochi and is the best access point for starting a houseboat cruise.
