Rishikesh - Introduction and Geography - Rishikesh is located at 15 kms from Haridwar and known for its Ganga Riverside experience. Several riverside camps afer Rishikesh Town (10-35 kms) offer an adventure getaway for corporates providing adventure activities such as White Water Rafting.

Rishikesh - Accommodation, areas and its Character - Ganga Beach Resort and Explore Himalaya Resort (22 kms from Rishikesh) are two resorts that provide hotel/resort like option. For a more relaxed and off-beat accommodation for informal meets / getaways, Glasshouse on the Ganges and Himalayan Hideaway are excellent options. Camps are Seasonal and operate Sept - April and cater to ex-Delhi corporates on an ongoing basis..

Availability Scenario: Availabilities at camps around Rishikesh are more weekend centric.  At the Resorts the availabilities are difficult during high season of Oct-June when overseas spiritual groups and long stay guests arrive.

Access : Rishikesh is best accessed via Haridwar (15 kms) Station or Dehradun Airport (30 kms). Haridwar gets convenient Shatabdi express trains from Delhi.
